When to pay
If the course has a fixed date announced: please pay the deposit within 10 calendar days. Your place in the course will be reserved once the deposit has been credited to the account.
If the course has a provisional date announced: please do not pay anything yet. I will contact you as soon as the exact course date is announced and will ask you to pay the deposit then.
If you have registered as a substitute participant, please also do not pay the deposit yet. Please wait and be prepared to act quickly. Hopefully it will work out.

Cancellation policy
Because everything needs to be organized in advance, timber must be ordered ahead of time, and time off work arranged early, please note that course registration is binding and the cancellation conditions are relatively strict:
Log house course
Cancellation no later than 32 weeks before the start of the course – 100% of the paid deposit is refunded.
Cancellation 32–0 weeks before the start of the course – no part of the paid deposit is refunded.
In the case of a deposit paid by the future owner of a log house (built during the course), 100% of the deposit is refunded no later than 42 weeks before the course, 50% no later than 21 weeks before the start of the course, and the deposit is forfeited if the withdrawal occurs 21 weeks or less before the course begins.
Other courses
Cancellation no later than 10 weeks before the start of the course – 100% of the paid deposit is refunded.
Cancellation 10–0 weeks before the start of the course – no part of the paid deposit is refunded.
For future owners of structures – frame structures, sauna (excluding log houses) – 100% of the deposit is refunded no later than 32 weeks before the start of the course, 50% of the deposit no later than 16 weeks before the start of the course, and the deposit is forfeited if the withdrawal occurs 16 weeks or less before the course begins.
